Re-equipped with Vultee Vengeance dive-bombers began anti-submarine patrols on 17 November. The squadron was re-equipped with Mosquitoes in July 1944, but was temporarily grounded due to failures in the wooden structure before commencing ground attack sorties on 19 December. These operations continued until 12 May 1945.

Bandit 400? I still have the bike, but it has been off the road for some time, with one or more problems in my life and with a house move back in 2021 I now trying to finally get the bike fished and on the road again.
